1. To instantly claim an available event or item, you must meet the minimum spending requirements listed for that item.
2. Please include the claim code in the 'Additional Information' or 'Order Notes' field of your online order.
3. Tickets can be transferred to a colleague, customer, or friend.
4. Tickets are limited. If the event is still active on the dedicated instant giveaway page, it should be available. However, we may receive multiple requests within a short time frame, and we may not have had the chance to remove the event from the page. In such cases, all orders are time-stamped, and the first request will be fulfilled. If additional tickets become available or if cancellations occur, we will contact individuals based on first-request basis.
5. In some instances, tickets may not be available until the day before the event.

1. Each individual is limited to one entry per day (12 AM - 12 PM). If a company has multiple users or purchasing accounts, each account can submit a single entry as long as the minimum spend requirements are met.
2. Each company is limited to a maximum of two tickets.
3. Tickets can be transferred to a colleague or customer. They will be issued on the day of the event.
4. You will receive communication regarding the winner after the competition ends. Once a winner has been announced and is confirmed to attend the event, we will notify all participants, and the competition will conclude. In some cases, we may offer a second promotion for the same event if the tickets have not been claimed through our rewards program.
