Firebox Online Rewards – Terms & Conditions (October 2025)
  1. Programme Purpose
    The Firebox Online Rewards Programme is our way of saying thank you to the fire protection professionals who keep people and property safe every day. It recognises the great work being done across our industry, makes ordering online more rewarding, and adds a bit of fun along the way. By purchasing through firebox.net.au, you can earn rewards that celebrate your efforts — whether it’s something useful for your business, something for home, or just a well-earned treat. The programme is designed to reward loyalty, encourage use of our online store, and provide an enjoyable and fair experience for all Firebox customers.
  2. Eligibility
    Participation is open to trade customers with an active Firebox account that has no overdue balance or credit restrictions. Accounts must be up to date at the time of redemption. Points are earned by the Firebox account holder only and cannot be transferred between customers, branches, or accounts.
  3. Points Calculation
    One Firebox Rewards Point is earned for every $1 spent online at firebox.net.au, excluding GST, freight, and surcharges. Points apply only to orders placed through the Firebox online store. Orders placed by phone, email, or in-branch do not qualify. Orders must be delivered and invoiced in full during the applicable calendar quarter for points to be applied. Returns, credits, or cancellations will result in a reversal or adjustment of the corresponding points.
  4. Quarterly Structure
    The Firebox Online Rewards Programme operates on a calendar-quarter basis as follows:
    • Q1: 1 January – 31 March
    • Q2: 1 April – 30 June
    • Q3: 1 July – 30 September
    • Q4: 1 October – 31 December
  5. Points Validity
    Firebox Rewards Points are valid only within the calendar quarter in which they are earned. Points expire automatically at the end of each quarter and cannot be rolled over, combined, or banked for future use. Points cannot be transferred between accounts, branches, or customers. The maximum number of points redeemable per account per quarter is 65,000 points. If the total exceeds this amount, the claimable reward value will be capped at that limit.
  6. Reward Redemptions
    You may redeem prizes up to the total value of your current quarter’s points balance. Only one reward can be claimed per quarter per account. Rewards are subject to stock availability. If an item is unavailable, Firebox may substitute it with an item of equal or greater value or place it on back order until stock arrives. Freight costs on all rewards must be covered by the recipient. Rewards are not refundable or interchangeable once confirmed. Points are redeemable only from the quarter in which they are earned. Prizes must be redeemed within the official redemption window announced for each quarter. Firebox cannot process or honour redemptions after this period. Customers will receive an email outlining redemption instructions and window dates, which may vary from quarter to quarter.
  7. Event Rewards and Seasonal Timing
    Certain rewards, including tickets to major sporting events such as the AFL Finals and NRL Finals, are generally made available and issued during Q3 (1 July – 30 September). Eligibility for these event rewards is based solely on points earned during Q3 of the same year, even if the event itself takes place in early October (Q4), such as the NRL Grand Final or AFL Grand Final. Points accrued in earlier quarters (Q1 or Q2) or later in Q4 cannot be combined or carried forward to redeem finals tickets or any other event that falls across two calendar quarters. The same rule applies to any other sporting or entertainment events that straddle calendar quarters — eligibility is determined by the quarter in which the tickets are released and issued, not by the date the event occurs. This ensures fairness and consistency for all participants.
  8. Corporate Event Rewards
    Tickets to corporate or hospitality events apply to Firebox-hosted events only and are not valid for third-party or partner events. Event inclusions, venues, and guest numbers may vary per promotion and are subject to change. If a customer redeems tickets to a Firebox-hosted event, they are not eligible to claim tickets to the same event through any other concurrent promotion without prior approval from Firebox Management.
  9. Bonus and Seasonal Promotions
    From time to time, Firebox may offer bonus points or special promotions as part of seasonal campaigns. Each promotion will include specific qualifying conditions outlined in the relevant campaign material. Bonus offers cannot be applied retrospectively.
  10. Fair Use
    The Firebox Online Rewards Programme is intended for genuine customer participation and enjoyment. Firebox reserves the right to review, adjust, or cancel points or rewards in cases of error, misuse, manipulation, or suspected irregular activity. Participation in the programme constitutes acceptance of these terms.
  11. Programme Changes
    Firebox reserves the right to amend, suspend, or discontinue the Firebox Online Rewards Programme at any time without prior notice. This includes making changes to reward items, redemption limits, event listings, or qualifying criteria. Firebox corporate or hosted events listed for redemption may change year to year and are not guaranteed to include previously featured events.
  12. Prize Availability
    The reward pool is limited to items displayed in the official Firebox Rewards email and online at firebox.net.au. Rewards are not available in conjunction with any other offer. All images and descriptions of rewards are for illustrative purposes only.
  13. General
    Firebox accepts no liability for any tax implications, losses, or damages arising from participation in the programme. Firebox’s decision on all reward claims and point allocations is final. Firebox may update these Terms and Conditions at any time, with the latest version available on firebox.net.au.
